You will assist with configuration of SAP (On-Prem) R/3 and SAP Employee Central and Employee Central (ECP) - Cloud. Your work will contribute to supporting business needs with technological solutions.Major Responsibilities:

• Design and Analysis to move SAP On-prem payroll to SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) (Cloud)
• Analysis, design, configuration of new payrolls in SAP On-prem and SAP ECP (Cloud)
• SAP On-Prem Payroll Configuration, design, and fixing bugs
• ECP Payroll Functional specification and documentation
• Integration analysis and design
• Unit testing of configuration
• Work with business users to help verify designs and testing signoffs
• Work with SAP to open tickets
• Develop Adhoc reports using SAP platform and tool set
• Provide second level user support
• Work directly with user team to ensure systems deliverables meet work process requirement
• Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues
• Builds and manages data conversion processes and scripts
• Assists in building Proof of Concept (POC)

Education and Experience Requirements:Requires bachelor\'s degree (or international equivalent) and 4-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experienceRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience in configuration of SAP HR and Payroll (On-Prem and Cloud)
• Familiar with Software Quality Assurance
• Ability to work in a distributed and cross-functional team environment
