Location Hyderabad/ Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune The Opportunity Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director This person will be measured on the basis of Delivery Ownership of the entire account i.e. all projects across service lines executed in the account Manage the client relationship with the delivery organization and client vendor management Financial ownership of the active engagements Resource / people Management and forecasting,Supporting opportunities Should be open to travel frequently Should have experience of the managing the client directly Delivery excellence Account growth: measured with Revenue / head count growth,Bottomline & Productivity Improvement, Operational compliance, People Leadership,Practice building support: Case studies, knowledge articles, reusable components/assets published by team Our Ideal Candidate He/She/They will have 18-25 years of experience in SAP Delivery, Experience of Leading S/4 HANA Programs, Exposure to SAP Leonardo / Intelligent Enterprise with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A Bachelor\'s degree is required Manage the portfolio of - Application Management and development projects to achieve targeted revenue (US$ 30-40mn) and profitability by managing predictable, on-time and on-budget delivery Build a successful client relationship that fosters revenue growth and profitability and NEW IT enabled innovation Develop a close working relationship with and understands the thinking of the client\'s technology leadership, business dynamics, and overall strategy Work with Technology Sales Leads on Sales strategy and planning at the account level and own opportunities.
