We are currently seeking a SAP Data Migration Deployment Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project including definition, planning, execution, governance & control, resource and change management.
• Drives all aspects of IT Project, activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.
• Provides regular status reports to the data migration leadership team, including Customer business stakeholders as and when needed.
• Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary
• Ensures consistency and adherence to NTT and customer standards, processes, and policies for all projects.
• Works in collaboration with NTT DATA Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the project is adequately staffed to support the migration plan.
• Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues.
• Plans and executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members.

Key Skills

• 10+ Years of overall SAP experience (SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Data Migration) with at least 5+ years of project manager experience
• Have delivered at least 1-2 SAP Data Migration projects in SAP S4 HANA
• Proven experience of managing large end-to-end projects of SAP implementation and data migration projects, Managing large scale transformation ERP implementation and business change projects.
• Experience of leading and managing teams
• Proven track record of working with diverse, cross-functional teams that are located both within the local region and in offshore locations.
• Extensive experience in Management of Global change projects for large scale organizations
• Extensive experience in Data Migration, specifically for S4/HANA
• Knowledge of SAP Data Migration strategies and tools, i.e., BODS, Syniti, Information Steward, LTMC, LSMW etc.

• Knowledge of SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration) solutions is a plus
• Experience with S/4HANA
• Experience with AGILE methodology

• AGILE SAFe methodology preferred
• Experience with use of AGILE tools like Jira

• Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2, PMP or equivalent.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses, Finance
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Desirable Skills

• Prior experience working in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry
• Familiar with SAP SolMan
