• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation in designing and configuring SAP CS/PM modules.
• Candidate must be proficient in the Customer service and Plant maintenance SAP modules with knowledge on the following business processes: Field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue, billing, monitoring, Repair project planning
• Experience with interfacing between SAP and other systems
• Strong functional and business process knowledge in CS/PM functions of manufacturing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
