Your tasks Level 1 application support, handling incidents and support requests Recording, documentation and classification of incidents and service requests Creation of knowledge base articles to enable global support Supporting projects & Change Requests, in the area of configuration, documentation, testing and training Handling of SAP tickets (3rd Level) Collaboration with Application support (Engagement Specialists on Business side) Your Qualifications Degree in computer sciences or comparable training Experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Support (at least 2 years) Experience in ITIL organized support organizations Exposure to ServiceNow platform will be of added advantage Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written) Ability to collaborate in a global team (pro-active communication) Pro-active attitude and flexibility regarding tasks and improving processes Interested We are looking forward to receiving your application!
