Position \xe2\x80\x93 SAP Controlling (CO) S/4 HANA ConsultantPosition Designation: SAP S/4 HANA Controlling ConsultantQualifications :CA/ICWA/Cost Accounting degree holders will be given preferencePost Graduate/ Graduate /University degreeExperienceOverall, 14 - 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, At least 6 to 8 years of SAP (S/4 HANA) Controlling module configuration with minimum THREE End-to-End Implementations experience.Experience preferably from a large Chemical/Pharma/Manufacturing or IT setup would be preferred\xc2\xb7 Should have sound configuration knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA relevant master data, profit center accounting, cost element accounting, cost center accounting, internal order including budget and settlement processes, product costing and profitability analysis modules.\xc2\xb7 Should have sound configuration knowledge of Material Ledger and actual costing functionalities.\xc2\xb7 Should have sound configuration knowledge of cost center commitment, cost center planning, assessment cycle, distribution cycle, activity costing.\xc2\xb7 Should have sound knowledge in COST SHEET preparation, Allocation of overhead costing, template allocation, period end procedures etc..\xc2\xb7 Should have sound knowledge of Account based and costing based COPA functionalities including COPA assessment cycles, report painter reports creation etc..\xc2\xb7 Sound understanding of Controlling module functionalities in S/4 HANA\xc2\xb7 Should have sound knowledge of Data Migration and Cut over Activities.\xc2\xb7 Understand configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide costing expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Provide specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the COSTING modules of SAP S/4 HANA.\xc2\xb7 Understand dependency between CO and FI and other production and logistics modules.\xc2\xb7 Understand configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide controlling expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge\xc2\xb7 Conduct/participate in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the integrity of the Controlling module configuration of the SAP system.\xc2\xb7 Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests. Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities.\xc2\xb7 Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills.\xc2\xb7 Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate proof of concept & assist in training activities.\xc2\xb7 Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.\xc2\xb7 Work with Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution.\xc2\xb7 Work with SAP to resolve software bugs and SAP Note implementation\xc2\xb7 Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research.\xc2\xb7 Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations.\xc2\xb7 Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for costing related processes.\xc2\xb7 Develop functional specifications and works with BASIS and ABAP personnel resources to complete object development and testing.\xc2\xb7 Lead and coordinate the work of a small team.\xc2\xb7 Provide leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing.\xc2\xb7 Understands and applies costing methodologies and procedures relevant for the client\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of validations, Substitutions, BAPI, BADI, USER EXITS related to controlling Module.\xc2\xb7 Integration knowledge with other modules, especially SAP FI, MM, SD and SAP PP/QM etc..\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge, ability to understand design/mapping of interfaces & with non-SAP 3rd party systems and SAP systems (IDOC)\xc2\xb7 Understands and applies inter company\xe2\x80\x99s, group company\xe2\x80\x99s, merging methodologies and proceduresSoft skills and other requirements
