Job Title: SAP CO ConsultantLocation: Noida/VizagExperience: 6 to 15 YearsNotice Period: Immediate or Less than 30 DaysTotal Experience:6-15 years in IT SAP domain with more than 4 years in large CO projects of similar nature and a minimum of 3-5 implementation projects.Primary Skills:

• Controlling (CO)
• COPA
• CO-CCA
• Product Costing

• Lead and manage SAP CO projects/accounts, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Analyze business processes from a customer perspective and translate them into functional specifications for SAP CO solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP CO modules, including Controlling (CO), COPA, CO-CCA, and Product Costing, to meet business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower end-users and stakeholders with the necessary skills to utilize SAP CO functionalities effectively.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business requirements and system functionalities.
• Perform data validations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing phases.
• Provide go-live support, including training, user assistance, and problem resolution, to facilitate smooth transition to post-implementation support teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP CO trends, developments, and best practices, leveraging new features and functionalities to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness.

• Strong proficiency in SAP Controlling (CO) modules, including COPA, CO-CCA, and Product Costing.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation projects, with a minimum of 3-5 implementations and more than 4 years in large CO projects.
• In-depth knowledge of cross-module functionality and processes within the SAP environment.
• Excellent understanding of business processes from a customer perspective and the ability to translate them into effective SAP CO solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work within a team environment, effectively interacting with others and fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, with a results-oriented mindset and a "can-do" attitude.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness in responding to changing business needs and priorities.
