Job Role: SAP CO Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Location: Pan India Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Position: C2H (Hybrid) Shift Time: 1 -11pm or 3:30pm - 1:30am : 1. Lead the CO module migration/setup for a new company. 2. It includes understanding the current system and how we can merge the other company 3. Perform configurations in SAP Related Modules and applications and provide issue resolutions for customer reported problems 4. Provide production support for implemented SAP Solution 5. Provide support on incidents related with issues on assigned Module 6. Provide Functional Specifications for solutions that require development and work with the ABAP team and track developments to closure 7. Perform testing for solutions delivered by the ABAP or other teams 8. Train users on implemented solution and provide clarifications and consulting support 9. Provide break-fix resolution, analyze technical impact, and perform code and data fixes 10. Follow approved processes and executes tasks (support and development) 11. Understanding of functionality and expected solution and resolutions 12. Interface with software package vendor and other module consultants for issue resolution regarding standard functionality, technical solution 13. Must possess a broad knowledge of all SAP modules and particularly touchpoints and integrations between different SAP modules 14. Perform root cause analysis, solution identification and implementation and be responsible for solution quality and SLA Adherence for issues handled.
