• System configuration
• System availability
• Key performance indicators
• Top Load Transactions
• History of activity and Response time
• Hardware capacity
• Accounting profile
• Abap Runtime errors
• Update errors
• Transcripts
• Monitoring objects from CCMS central performance history.
• Database Performance
• Database Space management
• Hardware capacity
• Transports

Service Desk configuration and Maintenance including below

• Configuring Standard Message statuses & Priorities. )

Change Request Management configuration and maintenance including below

• Maintenance Certificate
• Maintenance Optimizer (Support Pack stacks)
• Change management and project planning to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment.
• Seamless integration into the standard SAP Change and Transport System (CTS)
• Service Desk integration for end-to-end support of incident management and change management
• Training should be provided using the Train the trainer approach
