Job Description

Responsibilities:

SAP BW on HANA: • Design, develop, and implement data models in SAP BW on HANA to support business reporting and analytics requirements.
• Optimize and enhance existing BW solutions, leveraging HANA in-memory computing capabilities.
• Create and manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various source systems.
• Strong experience with SAP BW on HANA modeling, administration, and performance tuning.
• Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
ABAP Development: • Proficiency in ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming, and experience with SAP enhancements and user exits.
• Optimize and enhance existing ABAP programs for performance improvements.
• Implement SAP notes and OSS solutions related to ABAP issues.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
HANA Development: • Develop native HANA applications using SQLScript, Calculation Views, and procedures.
• Utilize HANA XS (Extended Services) for developing web-based applications.
• Implement HANA data provisioning and replication techniques, such as SLT, SDA, and SDI.
• Monitor and troubleshoot HANA system performance and security issues.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA data provisioning tools such as SLT, SDA, and SDI.

Experience: • Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience working with SAP BW on HANA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABAP development.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HANA development.
