Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BPC and BW on HANA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, BW on HANA user interfaces, and new modeling approaches.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of full-time experience in consulting and technical roles related to SAP BPC Embedded.
• At least 2 years of full-time experience in BW on HANA.
• Minimum of 2 full cycle implementations in SAP BPC and BW on HANA.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Architect
• Strong development experience in SAP BPC Embedded and BW on HANA.
• Proficiency in using advanced Excel functions and developing macros.
• Experience with integrating offline Excel workbooks with EPM.
• Strong FP&A functional knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High levels of enthusiasm and energy.
• Comprehensive awareness of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related processes.
• Proficiency in visualizing and formulating process flow diagrams.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop planning sequences, custom planning functions, AO input sheets, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).
• Utilize hands-on expertise in BW on HANA user interfaces for modeling data models and data flows, query building, and administration.
• Implement new modeling approaches, emphasizing a virtualized data warehouse and combining SQL-based data models from native HANA.
• Understand and work with mixed model scenarios (e.g., BW master data referring to ECC master using HANA views).
• Perform BW on HANA upgrades.
• Thoroughly understand S/4 Extraction, Data Modeling, BW-ABAP, BEx Queries, and Analysis Office Workbooks.
• Independently design and prepare functional specifications (FS) and technical specifications (TS).
• Demonstrate strong working experience in Analysis Office (AO).
• Apply knowledge of BW-IP and functions of planning.
• Utilize knowledge in FI and ABAP Object-oriented programming as added advantages.
