Job Description
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for SAP Business One applications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues reported by end-users.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
• Implement and maintain SAP B1 customizations and configurations.
• Conduct system analysis and optimize SAP B1 performance.
• Prepare and manage documentation for client-specific solutions.
• Train end-users on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and security within SAP systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage updates and upgrades.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with SAP Business One support or consulting.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and client interaction abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,785.91 per month
