Responsibilities


The SAP CPI Consultant will be part of highly motivated and passionate team within DXC.

• Working together with local/regional teams to supervise, implement and deliver solutions for our clients.
• Working in a fast growing and challenging environment with like-minded people across the region
• Delivering large-scale, complex Integration Suite and transformation projects
• Advisory for CPI, Integration Suite
• Identify and work on Business Use cases for CPI, Integration Suite across LOBs and Industries
• Build POCs for Intelligent Enterprise in line with SAP Future Roadmap
• Publish Blogs, POV and White Papers
• Integration Design and Development:
+ Design and develop integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, etc.).
+ Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
• Implementation and Configuration:
+ Configure and implement integration scenarios for various applications and services.
+ Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow between SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems.
• Maintenance and Support:
+ Monitor and maintain integration flows to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing timely support to business users.
• Documentation and Best Practices:
+ Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and solutions.
+ Adhere to and promote best practices for integration design and development.
• Continuous Improvement:
+ Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP Integration Suite features and enhancements.
+ Identify opportunities for optimizing integration solutions and improving system performance.
• Collaboration and Communication:
+ Work closely with other IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet business needs.
+ Provide training and guidance to junior team members and end-users on integration-related topics.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 End to End Implementation and a Support project experience in SAP Integration Suite for integrating with S4 HANA/ECC/BW and 3rd Party systems.
• Role Performed Technical Architect, Consultant and Applications Developer.
• Proven experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh).
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, middleware technologies, and enterprise service bus (ESB) architectures.
• Proficiency in developing integration flows, mappings, and configurations using SAP tools.
• Experience in Analysing the CPI Job Trace, Error & Monitor logs
• Experience in integration SFSF/C4C/Hybris/SFDC and other third-party products using CPI-DS will be added advantage.
• Must have capability to analyse business and technical requirements; and develop solutions to address the requirements.
• In-depth knowledge in configuring different CPI Data stores, creating tasks & processes, customizing CPI job schedules.
• Skilled on Programming User Defined Function UDF in Message Mapping, Lookup implementation in UDF or in standard functions: RFC Lookup, SOAP Lookup and JDBC Lookup.
• Scripting languages - Groovy to develop custom scripts in the iflow.
• Groovy Script, content modifier, request reply, multicast, router, process call, Local integration process, and exception sub process, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of Java, Service Oriented architecture SOA, NWA, iFlow, NW BRM and NWDS for development.
• Expertise in integration of SAP and non-SAP systems in A2A and B2B scenarios using SAP CPI, using both synchronous and asynchronous communication end to end interfaces.
• Technical, functional, and architectural expertise in integrating SAP products with 3rd party applications using different technologies ALE-IDocs, EDI, RFC, XI, HTTP, IDOC, JDBC, File FCC, SOAP, Mail, JMS using SAP CPI
• Work effectively and independently on assigned projects.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with administrators, technical and functional team members, and users.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies and quickly integrate with them for automation of service delivery.
• The candidate should be a Degree in BE/BTech/MSC/MBA/MCA with good academic records from premier institute.
