Job Description

Lead Software Consultant role primary objective is to lead and develop a team of software consultants to enable them to fulfil their objectives of delivering exceptional customer service and high quality solutions to customers on the use of software products and services. The team lead should maintain a stimulating environment with a strong focus on learning and development. Typically this will involve managing resources and workload whilst being the point of escalation for team members and customers escalated issues. Performance manage the team of consultants as well as mentoring and coaching the team. Work with stakeholders in the business to ensure outcomes are successfully achieved. Expected to work well in a team environment as well as under minimal supervision. Supporting the Software Consultant Manager and deputising as necessary.Job title: SAP BPC Functional Lead: Meeting with stakeholders and clients to determine requirements. Working with clients to determine scope of a project.. Clarifying system specifications and understanding the nature of the clients business requirements. Provide recommendations for software developments and implementations. Working on agreed solutions and implementing new system designs. Review and evaluate technical design and technical quality issues and processes. Producing management information . Managing the work of team, monitoring performance targets to ensure adherence and review and measure targets, Conducting performance reviews with team members. Coaching and mentoring team members. Develop and maintain knowledge and skills and keep up to date with new processes, procedures and developments. Service awareness of all the organisations business areas, drivers, structures and priorities including SLA and KPIs performance.Location: Pune, IndiaTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
