Job Description

A minimum of 8 years' Experience in an SAP Basis with at least 2 implementations experience. Should be expert in upgrades/migrations with different OS/DB platforms. Experience in S4 HANA, S4 conversion is must. Should have a good experience in SQL/Oracle/DB2. Working experience of key business applications including SAP ECC, BWoH, BOBJ, CRM, PI/PO, SRM, SolMan, Fiori and new SAP technologies Good experience in Windows and Unix. Strong communication skills are necessary. Willing to work on 24/7 Should have strong BAU support experience. Minimun of 2+ years of experience managing global SAP BASIS teams providing support to large Production systems in multi-tier environments. Experience in handling Incidents, Change Management and Problem Management, Release management Receive direction as the Basis team lead on strategy and operational support on integrated SAP systems and infrastructure. Able to act independently, seeking consultation guidance and advice as appropriate Actively develops team members and direct reports by providing day-to-day guidance, feedback and on-the-job coaching Actively manage off-shore basis team Demonstrate an inclusive and globally aware mindset Ability and flexibility to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones Flexibility to work non-standard hours in supporting global production systems.
