Job Title: SAP Basis Consultant (5)

Location: Remote - Preferred candidates in Bangalore, KA or Hyderabad, TN

Timings: US Times (any US Timezone)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- •Education•: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- •Experience•: 5 yrs proven experience as a SAP Basis consultant or similar role; familiarity with SAP HANA is a plus.

- •Certifications•: SAP certifications in Basis or related areas are preferred.

- •Technical Skills•: Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server), and operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows).

- •Problem-Solving•: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- •Communication•: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions:

- Remote Role -Hyderabad or Bangalore preferred.

- May require on-call support during off-hours for urgent system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. •System Administration•: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.) across development, quality, and production environments.

2. •Monitoring and Performance Tuning•: Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks to identify and resolve issues proactively.

3. •Transport Management•: Manage transport requests and ensure smooth transport of changes across different system landscapes.

4. •User Administration•: Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations to ensure security and compliance within the SAP environment.

5. •Backup and Disaster Recovery•: Implement and maintain backup strategies, ensuring data integrity and recovery procedures are in place.

6. •System Upgrades and Patches•: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while minimizing downtime.

7. •Collaboration•: Work closely with functional teams to support system integration and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP applications.

8. •Technical Support•: Provide technical support and guidance to users and resolve system-related issues as they arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
