Additionally, you will exhibit strategic vision, thoughtful engagement, strong analytical/process skills, a bias for action, and the ability to partner with senior operational leaders.We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to support and maintain SAP environments, focusing on optimal performance, security, and uptime. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, system upgrades, and migrations, with the ability to handle technical troubleshooting and client communication effectively.Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years in SAP Basis with hands-on experience in ECC, S/4 HANA, and SAP Solution Manager.
• Manage SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, and migrations (ECC to S/4 HANA).
• Ensure system performance, optimization, and high availability of SAP environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP landscape (Basis layer) to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular maintenance activities, backups, and system refreshes.
• Collaborate with functional teams and other stakeholders to support business needs.

Preferred:

• Proficient in system administration, performance tuning, database management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP RISE and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Offshore / Remote
