Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to oversee and manage all aspects of testing for SAP/non-SAP ERP projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and modules, along with proven expertise in test planning, execution, and management. This role requires good leadership skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a dedication to delivering high-quality solutions.The candidate would assist in the following:A) Global Test Automation ProjectA key objective is to be completely engaged in this effort to identify scope gaps in the automated test regression suite. This will include analyzing RICEFs, identifying critical business processes, and working with Business or SAP Functional Teams to develop manual test script to be taken up for automation-by-Automation Team.Project will utilize agile methodology with daily stand ups, two-week sprints, report outs of sprint results, and retrospectives to incorporate lessons learned to be incorporated into future sprints.B) ERP Implementation ProjectA key objective is to engage with the testers to drive and report on testing progress. This will include communicating with testers on assignments, facilitating resolution of defects and administrative tasks within the test management tool and/or JIRA. Project will utilize agile methodology with daily stand ups, two-week sprints, report outs of sprint results, and retrospectives to incorporate lessons learned to be incorporated into future sprints.There is a strong requirement to coordinate, collaborate, manage and at times, test across the Carrier IT organization. All assignments will require the candidate to work seamlessly with leaders, the ERP team and the Test Automation team members from across the organization.Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate and collect test requirements for the ERP COE (SAP, S4HC, Salesforce, and Hybris)
• Develop comprehensive test plans for SAP and its integration projects, ensuring coverage of all relevant modules and functionalities.
• Lead the execution of test cases and scenarios, coordinating with testers and business users to validate system functionality and ensure adherence to requirements.
• Establish processes for defect identification, tracking, and resolution. Work closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Should be hands-on with automating the test scenarios and reduce the overall testing cycle for a given feature of the ERP systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. Ensure that testing artifacts are updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct/facilitate performance and load testing for SAP systems, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
• Schedule, organize, and lead meetings on related topics.
• Identify opportunities for penetration of Gen AI testing tools to accelerate the speed of test case development and the overall turnaround time of testing.

Qualifications:

• Education / Certifications: Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 8yrs of experience in SAP Automation testing, with a focus on SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Experience in testing large ERP ecosystem including its integration with other systems.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.
• Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Work soft Certify or TOSCA
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Java, Dotnet etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate testing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• ISTQB or similar certification in software testing is a plus.
• Strong organizational, interpretation, problem solving, and time management skills, including strong and efficient multi-tasking capability.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively lead efforts.
• Attention to detail, deadlines and reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Usage of GenAI tools for accelerating the overall lifecycle of the testing period will be an advantage.
