Ecolab is seeking a SAP Security Associate to work on the Tier 2 SAP Support team. In this role you will work with users to address service tickets that may include, but not limited to, user access issues, set up access in non-production systems, password resets. You will be responsible for addressing end-user tickets to meet Service Levels, standard monitoring activities, working with users to gain clarification on issues and understand requirements, coordination of user acceptance testing, documentation

What You Will Do:
Work as a member of the SAP Security Support team providing technical security support for the business
Support SAP security strategy
Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver SAP security solutions that are appropriate and in alignment with Ecolab strategic objectives
Provide technical input for SAP security design and implementation
Coordinate and maintain access authorization compliance between data owner and users within the access provisioning workflow
Work with technical team, business process owners, and auditors to ensure information security is compliant with Ecolab security policies
Understand and manage compliance requirements and enforce information security directives
Educate management teams on how to identify risks and design controls to cover those risks
Responsible for critical access restrictions/audit compliance requirement for tables and reports
You will provide reports and samples to support internal and external audit teams
Working knowledge of authorization reporting and troubleshooting transaction codes / tools including SE16, SU22, SU24, SU25, SU53, SU56, ST01, SUIM, PFCG and reporting.
Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Support teams and Security Center of Excellence Project team.
Provide guidance and analysis on system/Support Pack upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience implementing SAP Security concepts and strategies
Relevant degree such as bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education, Business, Information Technology, Technical, Business/Administration, Science, Management Information Systems
SAP security design, configuration, and administration expertise in ECC,
Knowledge of SAP GRC 12.X configuration and administration, GRC BC sets, workflow customization and ruleset
Configuring security and setting up roles on NetWeaver applications
Oversees testing
Experience with ticketing system for example ServiceNow, Change Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization skills.
Working knowledge of CRM, BI/BW, APO, Fiori, and HANA database.
Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge
