Ability to discuss and demonstrate the entire process flow of SAP Ariba Buying platform and align the process to meet a customer\'s business needs
Understand business process and align new business process with existing global design
Configure and Customize Supplier Request and Supplier Registration Templates and Questionnaire
Supplier Maintenance activities in SAP Ariba SLP
Customize and configure Custom Forms in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing
Tiles creation in Guided Buying
Administrative activities like Import and Export of different Data, user access management, commodity code management, Network Account link management, etc
Workflow configuration for different SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing transactions
Custom report creation and scheduling reports
Debugging the issues and failed transactions in CIG and S/4 HANA
Knowledge on basic T-codes to view and extract transactional and different master data in S/4 HANA
Ticket management using JIRA tool and in time closure of tickets with proper solution providedThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Thorough knowledge of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing processes for Procure to Pay (Requisition, Purchase Orders, Receiving, Invoicing), Catalog Management, User role and Responsibility Management
Thorough knowledge of SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance management process and related data maintenance and configurations
10+ years of experience supporting SAP Ariba modules:
SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing
SAP Ariba SLP
SAP Business Network
