Hi All, We are hiring for - SAP ABAP HR Year of experience- 3 to 5years Notice period- 30days max.(Strictly). Location- DELHI The ABAP HR Technical Consultant is responsible for providing technical solutions and support for clients using the SAP HCM (Human Resources) module. The consultant will work closely with customers to analyse business requirements, design, test, and implement solutions, and provide ongoing technical support. Key Responsibilities: . Analyze business requirements and design solutions within the SAP HCM module. . Develop ABAP programs, scripts, and reports to meet customer requirements. . Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation. . Perform unit testing and troubleshoot existing systems. . Provide technical support to customer base. . Manage and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner. . Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. . Stay abreast of technology advancements to ensure best practices are being utilized. . Assist in training and mentoring other team members. Qualifications: . 3-6 years of experience in developing solutions within the SAP HR module. . Ability to analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions. . Expertise in ABAP programming, scripts, and reports. . Excellent customer service and communication skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. .
