The person will also have to do admin job \xe2\x80\x93 Like Travel and bookings etc.Data Entry Operator - SAP Business One Specialist, Admin ResourceJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator who is proficient in SAP Business One ( end user operations not technical)The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining effective vendor relationships.This role requires a keen eye for detail and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry: Accurately input data into our SAP Business One system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.Invoice Processing: Manage the invoice entry process, verify details, and ensure timely processing to maintain cash flow.Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between the company and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely exchange of information.Record Maintenance: Keep records of invoices and vendor information for future reference and audits.Reporting: Generate reports from SAP Business One as required by admin team.Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations related to invoicing and vendor coordination within admin departmentQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Office Administration is a plus.- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.- Familiarity with SAP Business One and its data entry protocols.- Strong understanding of invoicing processes and vendor management.Preferred Skills:- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.- Good communication abilities for effective vendor interactions.- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.- Comfortable with mathematics and financial data.Work Environment:- Office setting with standard working hours.- May require extended periods of data entry and computer use.Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
