:Position SummaryAs an SAP ABAP S/4HANA Developer at ASP, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems. Your expertise in ABAP programming and your deep understanding of SAP's development environment will be essential in creating efficient and scalable solutions used across all regions (NAFTA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM). Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, the duties and responsibilities of this position include:

• ABAP Development: Develop, enhance, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces for SAP S/4HANA systems.
• SAP S/4HANA Customization: Customize SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients.
• Data Integration: Design and implement data interfaces, transformations, and data migration processes to ensure smooth data flow between SAP and other systems.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues in SAP ABAP programs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues and provide support for end-users in diagnosing and resolving system problems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including code, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure the effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience with SAP ABAP Development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects.
• Knowledge of SAP development tools, such as ABAP Development Workbench, SAP HANA Studio, and SAP Fiori.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• SAP certification in ABAP development is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Firori.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects is a plus.
• Medical Device industry or medical field is a plus.
