• Minimum 5+ years of experience in ABAP HR and 2+ years SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Data Migration project experience
• Demonstrating experience as SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 2 SAP implementation project
• Knowledge and experience of Data Migration in Employee Central, PM/GM, Compensation, etc.
• Understanding of SAP IT Architecture and design
• Understanding functional specs and writing technical specs
• Developing ETL programs and data quality processes using SAP BDC programs and LSMW s
• Executing of conversion programs for each mock cycle, dress rehearsal, and cutover as part of the SAP implementation project
• Proficiency in SQL coding

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP ABAP HR + Fiori Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, testing, and implementing SAP modules with a focus on ABAP and Fiori technologies. Their duties will also include troubleshooting and resolving any SAP module-related issues, providing technical support, and ensuring that all systems and processes work effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities: 1. Developing and implementing SAP modules using ABAP and Fiori technologies. 2. Conducting thorough testing to ensure the smooth functioning of the developed systems. 3. Modifying and improving existing SAP systems and applications as per business requirements. 4. Troubleshooting and resolving any SAP module-related issues to ensure system performance. 5. Participating in SAP system upgrades and migrations. 6. Collaborating with SAP functional consultants to design and implement solutions. 7. Ensuring compliance with SAP development methodologies and standards. 8. Providing technical support and training to end-users. 9. Documenting all processes and maintaining proper records for future reference. 10. Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and updates. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as an SAP ABAP + Fiori Developer. 3. Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming tools including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, SAP script, and SmartForms. 4. Familiarity with Fiori Design principles, UI5, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5. 5. Experience in handling SAP modules such as MM, SD, HR, FI/CO is a plus. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines. 9. SAP certification is a plus.
