OverviewWe are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, implementing, and supporting SAP ABAP solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement ABAP Solutions: Design, code, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Technical Specification: Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• System Integration: Integrate SAP with other systems using various SAP technologies (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, etc.).
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ABAP programs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize ABAP code for performance improvements and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, coding standards, and testing procedures.
• Training and Guidance: Mentor junior developers and provide training as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in ABAP programming, including dialog programming, ALV reporting, BAPIs, BADIs, IDocs, and Smart Forms. Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, or HR is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: SAP ABAP certification is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA or Fiori development is advantageous.
• Tools: Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Workflow, and other SAP development tools.

• Location: Gurgaon (Remote work with occasional office visits as required).
• Type: Full-time, Permanent.
