We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. As a Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches according to customer orders and company recipes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sandwiches according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Follow established recipes and portion sizes to maintain quality standards.
• Handle and prepare ingredients such as meats, cheeses, vegetables, and spreads.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, grills, and toasters.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich preparation area, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times, including proper handwashing and temperature control.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and punctuality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a sandwich shop, deli, or fast-food restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sandwich preparation techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for measuring and portioning ingredients.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
