Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sand Testing Lab Incharge to join our team at Cast and Blower Co. Gujarat Pvt. Ltd. (C&BC). The ideal candidate will manage sand testing operations, ensure accurate results, and maintain testing equipment to support our foundry's production process. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of quality and precision in our products.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of Green Sand Testing.

Knowledge of Documentation as per ISO Standard.

Knowledge of Work SOP.

Knowledge of Raw Material inspection.

Knowledge of WTS, GSC Bentonite, Moisture Content Test, Clay Content Test, Loss on Ignition (LOI) Test, Permeability Test, Moisture Content Test.

Knowledge of Hardness, Tensile Test, Micro Test.
