Roles and Responsibilities :Market Survey for India Market :- Market survey reports for Automotive, Lighting, STB, Smart meter, Local - Mobile phone (HHP) market survey reports shared with Singapore office.- New Business Development for all SEMCO products (with Local Mobile Phone Makers, STB makers, LED Lighting Customers, Automotive Customers), especially, need to develop new Biz for MLCC.- Develop New Business opportunities from Whole India Market, especially, MLCC is most important product to deep dive into- Co-ordinate with Distributors to generate new business for MLCC and Passive Components products. Regular Customer visit to get update on PO, competitor info, receive demand forecast etc.- New MLCC biz started with all Lighting customers for the on-going LED Bulb tender of India Govt.- Updated the Competitor info in the weekly reports.- Mutually co-operation with Distributors & Keeping track of the PO issued by customer to our Distributors.- Keep developing new business opportunities for MLCC- Supply Chain Management, Weekly update on Customer Demand for existing customers- Internal Reporting - Weekly Sales Promotion Report, Customer Visiting Schedule- Market Survey Report upon request from SEMPL- Co-ordinate with HQ & PM to support Customers on- Countermeasures for any Quality issues.- Office Management and Accounting Matters- Responsible for the legal and statutory compliance matters of the office and liaise with chartered accountant and bank.- To receive invoices from vendors and key into the respective systems and submit own claims for expenses and business trips in the respective systems in a timely manner (as per finance department deadline)- To ensure the proper approval processes are completed before incurring any expenses, go on business trips or signing any agreements.- To comply with all company regulations and procedures at all times and carry out all legitimate instructions, including those communicated verbally, given by management.Requirement :- Diploma or higher education preferably in field of engineering/science/business- Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in related field/industry- Experience in Marketing & Sales for Passive Components (Mainly MLCC)- Proactive, Self-Motivated & Sales target orientated- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in interpersonal skills including effective collaboration and communication skills.- Well-developed facilitation skills to work with various cultural backgrounds- Developed judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills- Demonstrated time management skills to accomplish short- and long-term assignments.
