Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of working on the computer (Word, Excel, Internet) & smartphone.
• Comfortable with Hindi language (both written & verbal). Should be able to understand the English language.
• Willing to work from Specific Centers.
• Comfortable talking with customers visiting the center & educating them about udChalo\'s services.
• Willing to work for 6 days a week with 9 hours of shift time (office timing and weekly off depends on the Local Military Authority schedule)
• First preference will be given to veer naaris at all the locations. Any female family member of the soldier.

What assistance udChalo will provide?udChalo will provide:

• You shall be paid INR 18,000/ month for three months, followed by an INR 5,000 raise based on satisfactory work performance (10% TDS Inclusive).
• Following the first 100 bookings, an incentive of INR 50 will be provided for each subsequent booking.
• Free of Cost online training program with full salary during the training period
• Fully functional and ready-to-use offices inside the cantonment with all the office equipment and branding of the center.
• Specially customized technology platform to use for booking tickets. 2.7. Dedicated Liasson officer assigned from Head Office for any operational assistance.
• Free marketing pamphlets, banners & visiting cards to be used to increase their sales.
• udChalo to assist in getting Veer Naaris priority in the job at the next posting location if required.

Performance Assessment of All members who are part of this program are required to:

• Book 100 tickets every calendar month. This comes with less than 4 tickets a day.
• Exemption of 100 tickets for the first two months post-training completion.
• Attendance in all the training and refresher training programs organized virtually from Head Office.
• Operate Samarth center as per the udChalo plan and adhere to all Local Military Authority guidelines.
• Actively promote udChalo benefits amongst troops wherever possible.
• Participate in major events and programs conducted in Local Military Authority as udChalo\'s brand ambassador.
• Score 90% and above in the customer satisfaction rating for the center (Troops visiting the center will have the opportunity to rate their experience through a QR code available at these centers).
• Adhere to udChalo\'s code of conduct and other standard policies applicable to all employees.
