Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and presentable Salon Receptionist with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling salon software, billing, appointments, calling, follow-ups, and conversions. If you are organized, customer-focused, and passionate about the beauty industry, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon.
• Manage the salon's front desk operations, including answering phone calls and handling inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using salon software.
• Handle billing and payment processing.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments and services.
• Convert inquiries into appointments and ensure client retention.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with retail product sales and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle any client complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• 1 year experience is necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using salon software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
