Key Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction & Relationship Management
• Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Handle inquiries over the phone, email, and in person regarding services, appointments, and pricing.
• Ensure clients feel comfortable and provide them with information about The Face Co.'s offerings.
• Appointment Scheduling
• Manage the appointment booking system efficiently to ensure optimal time utilization.
• Confirm and follow up on appointments.
• Address last-minute changes or cancellations with professionalism.
• Administrative Tasks
• Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system.
• Manage daily operations at the front desk, including handling payments and billing.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Customer Service
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving client concerns or escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
• Collect feedback from clients to improve services.
• Facility Management
• Ensure the reception area and waiting lounge are always neat, organized, and welcoming.
• Maintain inventory of front-office supplies and coordinate with the operations team for replenishment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a salon, spa, or luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management software (training will be provided for specific software).
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
