3. Operations Management : Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of salon equipment and facilities.

4. Sales and Marketing : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth.

5. Training and Development : Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among salon staff. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance technical skills and customer service standards.

6. Budget Management : Work closely with the management team to develop and manage the salon budget, including expenses, payroll, and revenue projections.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a salon management or similar role.
