Key Responsibilities:
• Staff Management:

• Customer Service:

• Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the salon runs smoothly.
• Maintain salon equipment and ensure it is in good working order.

• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare regular reports.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on service quality.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the salon's services.
• Manage the salon's online presence, including social media and website updates.
• Organize promotional events and special offers.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the salon.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry and salon services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
