We are seeking a results-driven

Salon Field Sales Executive - Cosmetics, Perfume & Haircare Specialist

to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record of selling cosmetics, perfumes, and haircare products directly to salons. The ideal candidate will have an established network within the salon industry, deep product knowledge, and the drive to deliver exceptional results from day one.

Key Responsibilities



Drive sales growth by visiting salons, building relationships, and promoting our range of cosmetic, perfume, and haircare products. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, product demonstration, negotiation, to closing deals with salon clients. Leverage your existing network to quickly onboard new salon partners and expand our market presence. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities within the salon industry. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive field visits and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and feedback using CRM tools. Provide insights and feedback from salon partners to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities to represent the brand and generate leads.

Requirements



Mandatory prior experience in selling cosmetics, perfumes, or haircare products directly to salons. Demonstrated success in field sales with an existing network of salon contacts across the region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Female candidates will be given preference. Should have own vehicle (2 wheeler) to travel. Petrol reimbursement on actuals. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients and close deals. Ready to join immediately and hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
