Job Overview:
The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and closing sales for residential properties or services. This role involves identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales targets. Success in this position requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales and Business Development:
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct property tours or service demonstrations with clients.
• Present and promote residential properties or services effectively to meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed individual and team targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing agreements.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
3. Market and Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
• Develop a strong understanding of the residential properties or services being sold.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of available options.
• Monitor and report on market conditions and client preferences to improve sales strategies.
4. Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
• Maintain records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle contract preparation and document signing with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in residential real estate or services.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and residential sales trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for the role).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
