Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in B2S (Business to School) sales or in selling academic products and services to educational institutions. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi/Bengali are essential. As a Salesperson, you will play a critical role in promoting our Olympiad programs, engaging with potential participants, and driving enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Olympiad programs to educational institutions so that students can participate in the Olympiad.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other potential clients.
• Conduct presentations and seminars to educate and inform potential participants about our programs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and participant information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities as required.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our programs in the market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in B2S (Business to School) sales experience in academic products to schools.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi/Bengali (spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within Kolkata and surrounding areas as needed.
