Role description:
Ayana Jewellers is looking for a full-time Female SalesPerson to join our dynamic team at our Hyderabad location. The Sales Person will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery, ensuring a positive and satisfying shopping experience. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable products.

The role also involves managing product displays, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Sales Person should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer preferences and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Provide information on product features, quality, and pricing.
• Ensure attractive and accurate display of jewellery items.
• Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets.
• Manage basic billing and documentation as needed.
• The candidate must be well groomed and should have presentable apperance.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Passion for jewellery and fashion.
