Position: Salesperson (Female)

Overview: As a Female Salesperson at DHK Modular, you will be a key representative of our showroom, responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with exceptional service. Your role will involve showcasing our modular products and interior solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the showroom, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Understand customer needs and preferences, offering suitable product recommendations and design solutions.
• Showcase and explain the features and benefits of our modular products and interior solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with product selection, customization options, and pricing information.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and documentation.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to attract new customers.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to understand and present technical product details and benefits.
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Working Conditions:

• Based in the showroom, interacting directly with customers and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
