Job Title: TMT BAR Sales Executive

Location: Delhi?Position: Direct Sales Executive/ Sales Person?Experience: Experience in Project sales within the Steel Industry

About the Role:?We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Direct Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the steel industry, with specific product knowledge in TMT(Primary) bars and Or cement, building materials. You will be responsible for driving sales through effective customer engagement, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Presentations & Customer Engagement: Conduct engaging sales presentations to potential clients, focusing on product benefits and features.
Negotiation & Closing Sales: Handle negotiations effectively, ensuring the best outcome for both the company and the client, and close sales on time.
On-Site Sales & Demonstrations: Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase the value of TMT bars.
Identify Potential Buyers: Quickly identify potential dealers and buyers and target construction projects and key prospects to grow the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product features, pricing, and competitive advantages to confidently answer customer inquiries.
Sales Insights & Strategy Improvement: Provide timely feedback and insights to help improve sales strategies and approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Previous experience in dealership and sales, particularly within the steel industry, is highly preferred.
Product Knowledge: Knowledge of primary and secondary TMT bars, cement, and other building materials, with an understanding of the differences between primary and secondary TMT bars.
Preferred Work Experience: Experience working with reputed companies like TATA, SAIL, RINL (Vizag), JSPL, JSW, or Electrosteel will be a plus.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to engage with customers effectively.
Sales Skills: Ability to independently identify sales opportunities and work towards closing deals efficiently.
Independence & Resilience: Ability to work independently, handle rejection professionally, and remain motivated.
Driving License & Vehicle: Must have a valid driving license and own a motor vehicle (preferably a bike) for on-the-go sales activities.
Customer Focus: Ability to understand individual customer preferences and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
