Company Description We are interior based firm established in 2014. We deal in vinyl floorings, spc floorings, wooden floorings,carpet tiles, wallpapers and blinds. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Delhi, India. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, converting leads into customers, and improving sales for Decor Kraft. The Salesperson will also build and maintain relationships with clients, develop and implement sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals. Qualifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or business development Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software Experience with interior design or home decor industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field Ability to work independently and in a team environment
