We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Dreamchild Garbhsanskar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets its targets. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, this role is for you.
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Lead the Sales Team : Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Develop Sales Strategies : Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Monitor Sales Performance : Track and analyze the team's performance, providing feedback and coaching where necessary.
• Build Client Relationships : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Train and Mentor : Provide training to the sales team to improve their skills and performance.
• Sales Forecasting : Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and plans to management.
• Problem-Solving : Address any challenges that arise in the sales process and find solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments like marketing and operations to align sales efforts with company goals.
