Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at SNMR Cloud Services Private Limited . This on-site, full-time role will require you to identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect new clients through market research and networking.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions that align with their requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Target based business generation.
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong skills in Sales , Marketing , and Business Development .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• Experience in IT solutions sales is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets .
• Proficiency in delivering presentations and negotiating contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
Additional Requirements
• Must own a bike for work-related tasks.
• Previous experience in sales roles, particularly in the IT sector, is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary Range: ?10,000 - ?12,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
• Incentives: Additional 5% incentives per project based on successful achievement of targets.
