We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our sales team. This role involves a combination of sales strategy, client relationship management, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in your designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and proposing customized lighting solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, ensuring the brand's values and quality are well represented.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, maintaining professionalism and brand integrity at all times.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities, leveraging this knowledge in sales strategy.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to network and promote our products.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management on sales activities and progress.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Availability to travel across the designated territory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or related field is preferred.
