Position Title: Sales & Marketing Manager - Hard Rock Cafe

Key Responsible Areas:
Sales & Marketing Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to promote the restaurant's brand, menu offerings, and special events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
Sales Initiatives:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including corporate partnerships, catering, and private events.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create promotions and special menu items.
Event Planning:
• Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and tastings to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Work with local organizations and businesses to sponsor and participate in community events.
Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Digital Marketing Management & Brand development:
• Oversee social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive traffic.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and sales data to inform future strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and sales results.
• Monitor & analyse sales & marketing key performance metrics
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, and influencers.
• Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
Partnerships:
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, collaborations & partnerships.
Soft skills:
