Job Summary: Adiyog Industries Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated LED Light Salesman to join our retail market team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of LED lighting products. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best lighting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers in retail settings, understand their lighting needs, and recommend suitable LED lighting products.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's LED lighting products, including features, benefits, and applications.
• Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of LED lighting solutions.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the LED lighting industry.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or electronics industry.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of LED lighting technology and its applications.
• Other: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
