Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations and staff
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and order new stock
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Train, motivate, and mentor store employees
• Handle customer complaints and feedback
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a store manager in retail
• Experience in the jewellery industry is highly desired
• Effective leadership and people management skills
• Strong sales background with a proven track record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints
• Knowledge of inventory management principles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
