Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced FMCG Salesman to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, industry knowledge of FMCG products such as dry fruits, pulses, and spices, and a proven sales track record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the FMCG sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of consignment by collaborating with delivery team.
• Promote and sell a range of FMCG products including dry fruits, pulses, and spices.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Provide market insights and feedback to improve product offerings.
• Prepare sales reports and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team members to implement effective sales strategies.
• Engage with government institutions for potential business, if applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, specifically in FMCG products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry, especially products like dry fruits, pulses, and spices.
• Working experience with government institutions is a plus.
• Must own a 2-wheeler for travel purposes.
• Basic understanding of MS Office for reporting.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
