: Salesman (Commission Basis) - Agriculture Field Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team on a commission basis in the agriculture field. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for selling a range of agricultural products, including micro nutrients, enzymes, plant growth promoters, fertilizers, pesticides, and other related products. Responsibilities: Prospect and identify potential customers in the agriculture sector, including farmers, growers, agricultural cooperatives, and distributors. Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers to generate interest and close sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\' offerings to effectively position our products and maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new leads, generating sales, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager. Continuously expand product knowledge and stay informed about advancements in agricultural technology and practices. Requirements: Proven sales experience in the agriculture industry or related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. In-depth knowledge of agricultural products, including micro nutrients, enzymes, plant growth promoters, fertilizers, pesticides, and related items. Familiarity with farming practices, crop cultivation techniques, and the challenges faced by farmers in the agricultural sector. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to influence buying decisions and close sales successfully. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools for sales tracking and reporting. Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Bachelor\'s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related field is preferred but not required.
