Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting ceramic, marble, and stone products based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide product knowledge, including details about materials, finishes, and installation processes for various tiles, marble, and stone products.
• Assist customers in making informed decisions, ensuring they are satisfied with their selections.
• Process customer orders and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain a well-organized showroom, ensuring all products are displayed attractively and are easy to access.
• Conduct inventory checks and ensure that stock levels of tiles, marble, and stone products are up to date.
• Keep track of customer preferences and provide recommendations for future purchases, fostering repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and effectively.
• Assist in managing sales targets, working to meet or exceed individual and showroom sales goals.
• Help with the pricing of products, ensuring accurate pricing and promotional details are communicated to customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively sell new or featured items.
• Collaborate with showroom staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness and organizing the layout to highlight key products and promotions.
• Participate in promotional activities and sales campaigns as directed by the showroom manager.
