Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary)
• Prior experience in FMCG, household items, mobiles, or gadgets sales is required
Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell products to customers, providing detailed information on features and benefits
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and trends in the FMCG, household, mobile, and gadget sectors
• Handle product displays to ensure an organized and appealing shopping experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management
• Assist in tracking sales, handling customer feedback, and managing orders
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
• Persuasive sales techniques and an ability to understand customer needs
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management is an advantage
• Ability to stay updated on the latest products and industry trends
